Orders & Payment Policy

Orders are accepted through the following official channels:

• WhatsApp Business

• Facebook & Instagram (DMs or Marketplace listings, then finalised via WhatsApp)

To place an order, customers must send:

• Product name

• Colour and size

• Screenshot or direct link to the item

Once received, Estilo Phondeaux will confirm:

• Stock availability

• Final price

• Delivery or pick-up option

• Estimated delivery or collection date

An order is not considered confirmed until these details are agreed upon.

An order is only locked in when one of the following happens:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is confirmed and approved

• EFT / bank transfer is completed and proof of payment is received

Until confirmation:

• Items are not reserved

• Stock may change without notice

We do not hold items without payment or COD confirmation.

Estilo Phondeaux currently accepts:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
  Available in selected Johannesburg areas

• EFT / immediate bank transfer
  Proof of payment is required before dispatch

The following are not accepted:

• Credit cards

• Digital wallets

• “Pay later” arrangements

• Cheques

If payment is not received within the agreed time, the order may be cancelled and stock released.

Cash on Delivery is a privilege — not a guarantee.

By choosing COD, customers agree that:

• Payment must be ready at the time of delivery

• Claiming “no cash available” is treated as a COD refusal

COD refusal policy:

• First refusal → customer receives a warning

• Second refusal → customer is blacklisted from future COD orders

If a customer knows they won’t have cash:

• This must be communicated before 08:00 on the delivery day

• Late communication may still result in a COD refusal strike

A “ghost order” includes:

• Ignoring delivery confirmations

• Repeated missed calls/messages from the delivery team

• Not being available at the confirmed delivery address

If a customer places five (5) ghost orders, they will be blacklisted from future orders through Estilo Phondeaux.

We do our best to keep pricing accurate across all platforms.
If a pricing error occurs:

• The correct price will be communicated before order confirmation

• The customer may choose to:

  • Accept the corrected price and proceed, or

  • Cancel the request with no penalty

Orders are never forced at incorrect prices.

Once an order is confirmed:

• Changes are limited

• Any request to change size, colour, or item depends on supplier availability

Changes must be requested no later than 07:00 the day before delivery.
After this point, the order is considered locked.

Orders may be cancelled:

• Before payment or COD confirmation

• Before stock is reserved with the supplier

Once stock has been confirmed with the supplier:

• Cancellations may not be possible

• In some cases, a handling or restocking fee may apply

Some orders are fulfilled via Word of Mouth, who:

• Confirms orders with customers directly

• Handles delivery or pick-up logistics

• Collects cash on delivery where applicable

Estilo Phondeaux remains the customer’s primary point of contact for:

• Pricing

• Communication

• Order support

• After-sales assistance

Orders move on rhythm, clarity, and commitment.
When the details are clear and the terms are respected, the experience stays smooth — for you, for us, and for the delivery team.
