Pricing & Promotions Policy

At Estilo Phondeaux, pricing is intentional. Every piece is curated, every promotion is purposeful, and every confirmation is treated as a commitment. This policy explains how our prices work, how promotions are applied, and how we handle changes fairly.
1. Currency & Pricing Basics

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices displayed on WhatsApp, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, or shared directly with you are indicative until confirmed.

Final pricing is always confirmed directly with the customer before an order is locked in.
Once a price is confirmed and the order proceeds, that price is honoured.
2. Price Confirmation Process
Before any order moves forward:
- The customer submits the item, size, and colour they want.

Delivery method (delivery or pick-up)

- The customer confirms acceptance of the price and terms.
Only after this confirmation is the order processed with the supplier.
3. Pricing Errors & Corrections
We aim for accuracy, but sometimes prices are listed incorrectly due to supplier changes or human error.
If a pricing mistake occurs:

The correct price is communicated before the order is confirmed.

The customer may:

Accept the corrected price and proceed, or

Decline, in which case the order is cancelled with no penalty.

Estilo Phondeaux does not honour incorrect prices once an error has been identified and communicated.
4. Promotions & Specials
From time to time, Estilo Phondeaux runs promotions, including limited-time offers such as the 444 Special.
Promotion rules:

The advertised timeframe

Promotions are valid while promotional stock lasts.

Promotional items are subject to stricter return rules (see Returns Policy).
Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
5. The 444 Special — Additional Terms

The 444 Special is a limited promotional offering and comes with specific conditions:

Available only on selected items.

Limited quantities per style and per customer may apply.

No change-of-mind returns are accepted.

Faulty or incorrect items will still be resolved fairly in line with our Returns Policy.
Once promo stock is depleted, the special ends — even if the campaign period has not concluded.

6. Pick-Up Option (Hyde Park)

Prices and promotions may change at any time due to supplier updates or demand.

Confirmed orders are not affected by later price changes.

Items enquired about but not confirmed are subject to current pricing at the time of confirmation.
