Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

Estilo Phondeaux works with third-party suppliers, including Word of Mouth, and operates within their logistical windows.

• All returns and exchanges are handled case-by-case

• Requests must fall within 7 days of delivery or pick-up

• Items must meet the eligibility conditions below

If something doesn’t qualify, we’ll always explain why — clearly and respectfully.

We understand fit matters.

Size exchanges are allowed if:

• The request is made within 3 days of delivery or pick-up

• The item is unworn, unused, unwashed

• Original tags and packaging are intact

• The requested size/colour is available

Please note:

• Courier or re-delivery costs are usually for the customer’s account

• If Estilo Phondeaux sent the wrong size or item, we cover the logistics

If something isn’t right, we move quickly.

Customers must notify Estilo Phondeaux within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos

• A short explanation of the issue

After assessment, we will:

• Replace the item (if stock exists), or

• Offer a suitable alternative, or

• Process a refund via Word of Mouth (where applicable)

Because items are sourced per order:

• Change-of-mind returns are not standard practice

• Promotional items, including the 444 Special, are strictly non-returnable for change of mind

Exceptional Cases

A change-of-mind return may be considered only if:

• The request is made within 24 hours of delivery

• The item remains fully unused and untouched

• Word of Mouth confirms the item can be returned

• The customer agrees to all courier and handling costs

Approval is not guaranteed — these cases are rare and discretionary.

Before payment or COD confirmation

• Orders may be cancelled freely

After stock is confirmed with the supplier

• Cancellations may not be possible

• A handling or supplier fee may apply

• COD orders that are cancelled late may count toward ghost-order tracking

Once an order is locked in, it moves with purpose.

Estilo Phondeaux does not offer store credit.

Where a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed through Word of Mouth

• Timing depends on supplier processing cycles

• COD customers are refunded via supplier-handled methods

To keep things fair:

• Repeated abuse of returns, cancellations, or COD refusals may result in future order restrictions

• Customers with excessive ghost orders may be blacklisted

This protects genuine customers and keeps operations sustainable.
